Privacy notice
Updated 4 November 2026. Noor Intelligence is responsible for the operation of this sales and delivery service. Contact info@baladanmeri.com for privacy requests.
Sales and delivery data
Stripe collects payment and checkout details, including the email address you provide, under its own privacy terms. Our delivery service stores a hashed checkout reference, payment reference, amount, currency, payment status, event identifiers and download-token records. These are used to confirm purchases, deliver the kit, prevent unauthorised downloads and handle refunds or disputes. We do not receive your full card details.
Your business content
The sales site does not ask you to submit your business content. When you use the downloaded prompt or plugin instructions, your input is processed by ChatGPT and any video or editing services you choose, under their respective terms and privacy settings. The plugin package has no Noor-hosted video-generation API.
Providers and purposes
Vercel hosts the website; Supabase runs payment verification and delivery; Stripe processes payments. Technical access logs may contain IP addresses, request information and timestamps. Support emails are processed by the email provider used by Noor Intelligence. Processing is necessary to fulfil purchases, meet applicable record-keeping duties and protect the service against misuse.
Cookies and marketing
This site adds no advertising or analytics scripts and does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Stripe checkout operates on Stripe’s domain and may use its own cookies. The access page uses session storage in your browser to keep the purchase reference available while the tab is open.
Retention and your choices
Purchase and support records are kept where needed for delivery, support, disputes and applicable record-keeping duties. Download links expire after 15 minutes; replacing one invalidates the old link. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Some payment and accounting records may need to be retained. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
