Refunds & delivery help

We want the kit to be useful. If it is not right for you, email info@baladanmeri.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include the purchase email address and Stripe receipt reference so we can find your payment.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the money to appear depends on Stripe and your bank. Download access is revoked following a refund.

Cannot download?

Return to the post-payment access page and request a fresh link. Each link expires after 15 minutes and works once. If your payment is still confirming, wait a moment and retry. If you closed the page or still need help, email support with your receipt reference.
